Role Overview 

As a Growth Intern, you will support content, brand building, research, distribution, and early GTM experiments. 

You will work closely with the CEO and Growth & Brand Lead to bring ideas to life — quickly, creatively, and with the help of modern AI tools. This is NOT a “post memes on Instagram” role. It is a hands-on, growth apprenticeship in a tech-first environment.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Content Support 

Assist in drafting, editing, and refining content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs 

Convert founder insights into short-form, story-driven posts 

Help prepare case studies, playbooks, and lead magnets 

Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized formats 

2. Research & Insights 

Research trends, competitors, formats, and industry opportunities 

Identify communities, creators, companies, and people worth engaging 

Support high-quality research for founder content, events, and visibility 

3. Social & Community 

Help publish and schedule posts 

Track engagement and provide weekly insights 

Identify high-value conversations, accounts, and communities 

4. Growth Experiments 

Support in creating simple landing pages & email flows 

Help design and distribute lead magnets (guides, templates, case studies) 

Test new content angles, hooks, and distribution channels 

5. Operations Support 

Maintain trackers, calendars, content pipelines 

Assist with basic video clipping/editing (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) 

Prepare weekly growth summaries and dashboards 

AI-First / Tech-Forward Expectations (Important)

Who You Are 

0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome) 

Strong writing and communication skills 

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn 

Interested in startups, marketing, AI, storytelling, and GTM 

Comfortable using AI tools for work 

Basic design skills (Canva is enough) 

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led environment 

Bonus Skills (Nice to have) 

Basic video editing 

Managing social handles or content pages 

Summarizing long content into short insights 

Interest in SaaS, AI, product space
