This role exists to execute independently and deliver reliable Salesforce solutions with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Design and develop Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Build and enhance integrations using REST APIs and Named Credentials

• Implement bulk-safe triggers and asynchronous processing

• Debug and resolve production issues using logs and analysis

• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release cycles

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on design and implementation decisions

Requirements (Core)

• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong practical experience with:

  • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async)

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • SOQL & SOSL

• Solid understanding of:

  • Salesforce security and sharing model

  • Governor limits and performance considerations

• Experience working with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, OAuth basics)

• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to write meaningful, assertion-based test classes

Good to Have

• Experience participating in code reviews, deployments, and structured release cycles

• Ability to collaborate closely with Tech Leads on design and implementation decisions
