Job Title : Growth Engineer (Web & Marketing)

Why This Role Exists
We are hiring a Growth Engineer (Web & Marketing) to build and maintain the digital growth infrastructure of our AI consulting business (B2B, Europe-focused).
This role sits at the intersection of web development, marketing execution, conversion optimization, SEO, and creative asset support.
You will work closely with the Enterprise GTM & Presales Lead and CEO to ensure our digital presence drives qualified enterprise conversations.
What You’ll Actually Do
Manage and improve company websites using Next.js, Astro, and Headless CMS
Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns
Ensure fast-loading, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused pages
Continuously improve UX clarity and positioning
Publish blogs with structured SEO formatting
Optimize metadata, schema, headings, and performance
Maintain clean CMS structure
Support thought-leadership distribution pages
Implement and maintain analytics tracking (Google Analytics, events, funnels)
Track visitor-to-lead conversion metrics
Improve form flows and CTA performance
Run simple A/B experiments when required
Design simple, clean posters, infographics, and marketing assets using Figma or Canva
Support proposal decks and pitch visuals
Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand standards
Focus on functional, clean B2B design (not high-art design)
Assist GTM Lead with campaign landing pages
Support outbound personalization assets
Build small tools or microsites for targeted accounts
Maintain marketing automation integrations
Requirements (Core)
1–4 years of experience in web development, marketing engineering, or similar roles
Strong understanding of modern web technologies (Next.js, Astro, Headless CMS)
Basic understanding of SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization
Experience implementing analytics tracking and measuring conversion funnels
Ability to work across both technical and marketing functions
Strong attention to detail in UX, content structure, and performance
Ability to collaborate closely with GTM and leadership teams
Good to Have
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Exposure to marketing automation tools and integrations
Understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise buyer journeys
Ability to build small tools or microsites for campaigns
