You won’t be doing mock projects or sitting on the sidelines and don't expect it. Lot of people were not able to thrive here because of that mindset. You’ll be hands-on from day one—designing, building, and shipping production-grade features alongside engineers who move fast and don’t tolerate mediocrity.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build features end-to-end across the stack using modern tools (Node.js, React.js, Astro, Next.js, Qwik, etc.)
• Work with real APIs, real data, and real users. No toy problems.
• Learn how to think like a product engineer—not just a coder.
• Collaborate directly with founders and managers not buried under layers of management.
• Own your work. Break things. Fix things. Learn fast. Repeat.

What You Bring

• You’ve built real things—personal projects, freelance gigs, or anything that actually works.
• Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, and you’ve touched Node.js and React.js (or something similar).
• Strong fundamentals in how web apps work: APIs, components, state, routing, etc.
• You don’t wait for permission. You see something broken, and you fix it.
• You love building. Like actually love it.

Bonus Points (a.k.a. Signs You’ll Thrive Here)

• You vibe with code—you can get into flow, chase down bugs for hours, and come out smiling.
• You already use AI tools (Augment, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to write faster, think better, and build smarter.
• You care about clean systems, fast feedback loops, and scalable workflows.
• You’ve contributed to open source, written technical blogs, or helped others learn.
