Job Description

Overview:
We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who’s equally fluent in modern web development and the emerging AI/ML ecosystem. You’ll own architecture, performance, and innovation across the stack — from React and Next.js to AWS, AI pipelines, and scalable backend infrastructure. You’ll lead a high-performing engineering crew, set technical direction, and bring cutting-edge tech (AI agents, vector databases, LLM integrations, and ML-powered features) into production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and drive the end-to-end technical vision across web, mobile, and AI systems.

  • Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and innovation.

  • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven frameworks, vector DBs, and real-time inference APIs.

💻 Full Stack & AI Development

  • Lead the development of robust web and mobile apps using React, Next.js, Astro, React Native, and Node.js.

  • Build intelligent features leveraging LangChain, OpenAI/Gemini APIs, Hugging Face models, or custom ML pipelines.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to embed model outputs into user-facing experiences.

☁️ Cloud & DevOps Excellence

  • Architect and deploy scalable systems using AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge).

  • Implement CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), and observability best practices.

  • Optimize infrastructure for cost, latency, and high availability.

🧩 API & Data Layer

  • Design and manage robust REST/GraphQL APIs, ensuring clean integration with AI inference services.

  • Manage hybrid data architectures — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and vector stores like Pinecone/Weaviate.

  • Build event-driven and data-streaming systems (Kafka/EventBridge).

🤝 Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams to translate ideas into reality.

  • Coach engineers in modern frameworks, clean code, and experimentation with emerging AI tools.

🧠 Continuous Innovation

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI agents, multimodal systems, RAG, and autonomous workflows.

  • Prototype and productionize AI-enhanced features for internal tools and customer products.

  • Champion developer velocity, maintainability, and security at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in full-stack development; 2+ years leading teams or architecture decisions.

  • Deep experience with React, Node.js, Next.js, and React Native.

  • Expertise with AWS cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Solid grounding in SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and distributed systems.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, vector DBs, AI APIs, and ML-powered workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving, system design, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication — able to align technical and business stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in agile, high-velocity environments.

Nice to Have

  • TypeScript, GraphQL, TailwindCSS, and Storyblok/Headless CMS experience.

  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, serverless frameworks, and observability stacks.

  • Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, Dust, etc.).

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, performance tuning, and MLOps pipelines.

  • Hands-on with AI-driven analytics dashboards or automated code assistants.

Educational Qualifications

We care more about the quality of your work and thinking than specific degrees. A strong track record in similar roles matters most.

5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
