1. Eligibility for Refund / Return
Refunds or returns are only applicable if:
The service/product has not been delivered or performed as agreed.
You notify us in writing (via email to contact@increscotech.com or using the contact form) within 7 business days from the date of transaction/expected delivery.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind requests.
Services/products already delivered or completed without defect.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is submitted and approved, we will process it within 7 business days.
If we require additional information to approve the refund, the processing timeline begins once complete information is received.
3. Funds Return Timeline
After processing, your funds will be returned to the original payment method, taking 5–10 business days to reflect (this is the Stripe standard; actual timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider).
4. How to Request a Refund

Include:
Transaction ID or order reference.
Date of the transaction.
Brief description of the issue or reason for the refund.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days.
5. What Happens Next
We’ll review your request and notify you within 7 business days whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we process and initiate the refund. You will then see funds in your account within the stated 5–10 business days.
