Job Description

Role Summary

We are hiring an Enterprise GTM & Presales Lead to build and own our pipeline engine for AI and technology consulting engagements across global markets (Europe-first).

This role combines:

· Enterprise GTM strategy

· Technical presales capability

· AI & digital transformation fluency

· Discovery and qualification ownership

This is not a marketing role. This is not a content role. This is a revenue-critical, technically informed position.

You must understand AI tools, architecture concepts, and modern tech stacks well enough to conduct intelligent discovery conversations with CXOs and technology leaders.

What You Will Own

1️⃣ GTM & ICP Strategy

· Define and refine ICP segments across target geographies.

· Develop account-based GTM strategies.

· Position AI & technology consulting offerings clearly in the market.

2️⃣ Enterprise Discovery & Technical Qualification

· Conduct structured discovery calls with enterprise stakeholders.

· Diagnose AI use cases (automation, copilots, RAG systems, backend modernization, etc.).

· Assess technical feasibility at a high level.

· Identify integration complexity, data maturity, and infra readiness.

· Filter out non-serious or low-maturity prospects.

You must be comfortable discussing:

· LLM use cases

· AI agents

· RAG architecture

· Cloud infra (Azure/GCP/AWS)

· APIs and system integration

· CRM / ERP integrations

· Backend modernization

You do NOT need to code. But you must understand enough to ask the right questions.

3️⃣ Pipeline & Revenue Engine

· Own outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.

· Ensure pipeline coverage ≥ 3x revenue targets.

· Track and improve conversion rates across funnel stages.

· Prepare structured opportunity briefs for CEO-led closing.

4️⃣ Presales & Solution Framing

· Work with CTO/HoE to validate solution direction.

· Frame AI proposals in business impact language.

· Support pricing confidence.

· Avoid discount-led positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· 5–10+ years in B2B enterprise GTM / presales / consulting sales.

· Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science exposure).

· Solid understanding of AI tools and modern architectures.

· Experience selling digital transformation or consulting engagements.

· Exposure to global markets (Europe/US preferred).

· Strong executive communication and discovery skills.

· Comfortable speaking with both CTOs and business stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
