Why This Role Exists

 

This role exists to deliver reliable, scalable Salesforce application features that solve real business problems today, while growing into ownership of larger application components over time.

This is not an admin role; however, platform awareness is required to design solutions that work correctly within Salesforce constraints.

 

What You’ll Actually Do


  • Develop Salesforce features using Apex and LWC 
  • Write Apex triggers, classes, and test cases
  • Fix bugs and support enhancements
  • Learn Salesforce data modelling, security, and automation patterns
  • Participate in code reviews and deployments to understand quality standards
  • Collaborate with seniors to understand how configuration and code work together

 

Requirements (Core)


  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Apex fundamentals
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Governor limits
  • Salesforce security concepts (profiles, permission sets)
  • Ability to write Apex test classes with meaningful assertions
  • Willingness to learn fast and accept technical feedback

 

Good to Have (Not a Substitute for Coding Skill)


  • Exposure to Salesforce Admin configuration and settings such as:
  • Custom objects and fields
  • Page layouts and record types
  • Validation rules
  • Basic Flow configuration
  • Awareness of when configuration is sufficient vs when Apex is required

4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
