We are looking for a Solutions Lead who will be a core member of the Growth team, working at the intersection of business consulting, technology strategy, and client engagement.
The Solutions Lead is responsible for shaping solution strategies for potential and existing clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, designing technically sound solutions, and clearly articulating how those solutions will create measurable business value.
This role requires someone who is both business-oriented and technically strong — someone who can structure a solution, explain the architecture, and demonstrate how technology can help clients achieve outcomes such as operational efficiency, automation, data insights, or new digital capabilities.
You will support the Growth team in client conversations, opportunity shaping, and proposal development, while working with the Delivery team to ensure that proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with implementation capabilities.
This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, solution design, and translating technology into real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery and Problem Structuring
Work within the Growth team to understand client challenges, requirements, and business objectives.
Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify where technology can create meaningful business value.
Translate business problems into solution frameworks and potential technical approaches.
Solution Architecture and Design
· Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client goals.
· Define solution architecture including systems, integrations, workflows, and technology stack.
· Ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with Incresco’s delivery capabilities.
· Prepare solution diagrams, architecture outlines, and implementation plans.
Business Value Mapping
· Clearly articulate how proposed solutions will drive measurable outcomes for clients.
· Connect technology decisions to business impact such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, automation, or improved decision-making.
· Support the creation of proposals, solution narratives, and client-facing documentation.
Client Engagement and Pre-Sales Support
· Participate in client discussions as part of the Growth team.
· Present technical solutions in a clear, structured, and business-friendly manner.
· Address client technical questions and help build confidence in the proposed approach.
· Support the Growth team in shaping solution-led opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
· Work with the Delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are executable.
· Provide technical direction during project planning and early implementation stages.
· Help align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
Solution Frameworks and Knowledge Building
· Develop reusable solution frameworks for common client use cases.
· Document architecture patterns, solution templates, and best practices.
· Contribute to building Incresco’s overall solution capabilities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 5–10 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technology Strategy.
· Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems including cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations, automation, and data solutions.
· Ability to design scalable technical architectures and translate them into business outcomes.
· Experience engaging with client stakeholders and presenting technical solutions.
· Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
· Comfortable working in cross-functional environments involving Growth, Delivery, and client teams.
Good to Have
· Experience working in consulting or technology services environments.
· Exposure to AI, data platforms, automation, or digital transformation projects.
· Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting in enterprise or B2B environments.
· Exposure to global markets (Europe/US preferred).
· Understanding of business process transformation and operational optimization.
