Role Overview
This role is designed for a hands-on creative executor who can translate business, brand, and people moments into high-quality, outcome-driven visual assets.
You will work closely with the Growth and People & Culture (P&C) teams to build creatives that strengthen the company’s brand establishment, digital positioning, and overall creative presence.
The focus is not on volume, but on sharp, intentional, and brand-aligned output that enhances how the organization is perceived across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Development & Execution
Design high-impact social media and digital creatives aligned with brand identity
Produce and edit videos (internal events, campaigns, brand moments) into polished, engaging assets
Translate raw ideas, briefs, or moments into structured visual narratives (carousels, posters, short-form videos)
Ensure all outputs reflect clarity, intent, and strong visual storytelling
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Growth team to ensure creatives support brand positioning and communication objectives
Partner with the P&C team to visually represent culture, people initiatives, and employer branding
Collaborate with stakeholders to convert inputs into compelling, execution-ready creative outputs
3. Content Strategy & Optimization
Apply understanding of social media algorithms to improve reach, engagement, and visibility
Ensure all creatives align with platform-specific guidelines and best practices
Continuously refine outputs based on content performance and audience response
4. Quality, Editorial & Brand Standards
Maintain strict consistency across all outputs in:
Typography
Layout systems
Color usage
Visual tone and identity
Uphold strong editorial standards and content quality benchmarks
Ensure every output meets a professional, polished, and brand-aligned standard
Core Skill Requirements
Technical Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop (image editing, composition)
Adobe Illustrator (layout systems, vector design, brand assets)
Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, sequencing, basic motion)
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is expected.
Foundational Knowledge
Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography
Awareness of digital content standards, platform guidelines, and audience behavior
Understanding of how creative content contributes to brand building and digital presence
