At Incresco, growth is about creating strong brand presence and meaningful conversations with the right businesses. We are hiring our first Growth Marketing Associate to help build Incresco’s marketing engine across content, campaigns, and digital channels.

You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, Sales, and Product to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and demand in the EU B2B market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative marketing, content, and campaign execution, and wants hands-on exposure to how a consulting and product company builds its brand from scratch.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape marketing from the ground up — not just manage existing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns and Brand Building

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email and website.

· Create and manage content such as posts, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.

· Support brand storytelling and positioning across channels.

· Experiment with new formats (case studies, reports, videos, webinars, partnerships).

Demand Generation (Marketing-led)

· Support lead generation through content marketing, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and events.

· Build and maintain outreach assets such as email templates, LinkedIn sequences, and portfolios.

· Collaborate with Sales to align messaging and improve lead quality.

Market Research and Content Insights

· Research EU B2B companies, industries, and buyer personas.

· Translate insights into content ideas, campaigns, and positioning.

· Track competitor marketing strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.

Performance Tracking (Light Analytics)

· Track basic campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement, leads).

· Maintain simple dashboards to understand what content and campaigns perform best.

· Share insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· 0–3 years experience in marketing, content, social media, or growth roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.

· Strong written communication and storytelling ability.

· Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand building.

· Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like LinkedIn, email platforms, Google Sheets, and basic website analytics.

· Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Good to Have

· Experience with content marketing, social media, or community building.

· Exposure to B2B marketing or startup environments.

· Basic understanding of performance marketing or growth concepts.

A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
