Role: IoT Hardware Intern (Raspberry Pi / ESP32 / Arduino)

Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months (PPO Opportunity)

Stipend: RS 14000-18000 per month

Who We're Looking For

You’re someone who enjoys building real hardware — not just reading tutorials. You know how to take a Raspberry Pi or ESP32, plug things together, write code, debug when nothing works, and iterate until it does.

What You’ll Work On

• Building and testing prototypes using Raspberry Pi / ESP32 / Arduino
• Configuring Linux systems, Wi-Fi, services, and sensors
• Writing scripts and programs (mainly Python) to interact with APIs and hardware
• Optimizing performance, reliability, and boot behavior (systemd, watchdogs, logs)
• Rapid experimentation and documentation of what works (and what breaks)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building projects using Raspberry Pi / Arduino / ESP32
• Strong fundamentals with Linux, Python, and basic electronics
• Familiar with GPIO, sensors, relays, UART/I2C/SPI, and hardware debugging
• Comfortable working fast, troubleshooting independently, and learning by doing

Bonus Points (Differentiators)

• You've built something beyond a college lab exercise — ideally deployed in real life
• Experience with MQTT, OTA updates, automation scripts, or edge ML
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, DHCP, static configs, firewalls)
