About Incresco 

Incresco is a fast-growing tech consulting and product engineering company working across AI, SaaS, and digital transformation. We build scalable platforms for global clients while also developing our AI-driven business suite under Flinkk. 

As we scale, operational excellence becomes essential. We are hiring a Business Operations Specialist to bring structure, predictability, and rhythm across teams, while ensuring execution moves forward without constant founder involvement. 

 

Role Overview 

This role ensures Incresco runs smoothly across delivery, internal operations, cross-team alignment, and execution discipline. You will not be doing PM, QA, BA, or HR tasks — but you will ensure these functions work as intended. 

If you enjoy solving operational bottlenecks, creating order, and driving accountability, this role is built for you. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Operational Rhythm & Alignment 

  • Run the weekly operating cadence with Engineering, BA, HR, and Support teams 

  • Ensure clarity on requirements, ownership, timelines, and next steps 

  • Identify risks early and drive corrective action 

  • Strengthen internal processes, checklists, and SOPs 

Delivery Governance 

  • Maintain visibility on all consulting project deliveries 

  • Track progress, blockers, and dependencies 

  • Ensure timelines are realistic and respected 

  • Step in when alignment breaks and drive closure 

Reporting & Insights 

  • Prepare weekly ops summaries for the CEO 

  • Build monthly delivery and performance review decks 

  • Maintain dashboards on hiring, delivery health, and utilization 

Escalation 

  • Act as the first escalation point for operational or delivery issues 

  • Keep loops closed, not circulating 

  • Escalate to the CEO only when necessary with clear context 

 

What This Role Is NOT 

(You must understand these functions, but not execute them.) 

  • Not a PM role 

  • Not BA or QA 

  • Not HR 

  • Not daily client coordination 

  • Not Founders Office 

  • Not a “do everything” position 

Your value is in alignment, clarity, and closure, not execution. 

 

Who You Are 

  • 2–4 years experience in Ops, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or similar roles 

  • Strong understanding of software project workflows 

  • Excellent follow-up discipline and structured thinking 

  • Tech-aware, proactive, calm under ambiguity 

  • Highly organised with strong ownership attitude 

 

Growth Path 

Business Operations → Operations Manager → Director of Operations → COO 

 

Compensation 

70:30 fixed-to-performance structure with strong upside for high-impact operators.

4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
