About Incresco 

Incresco is a fast-growing tech consulting and product engineering company building large-scale systems across AI, SaaS, and enterprise platforms. Alongside consulting, we are also building Flinkk — an AI-powered business suite designed to help companies run smarter and more efficiently. 

As we expand our digital footprint and product ecosystem, we’re investing heavily in growth, brand, and thought leadership. This role is central to that mission. 

 

Role Overview 

We’re hiring a Growth & Brand Lead who can amplify both Incresco and Flinkk across digital channels. 

This role blends: 

  • Brand storytelling 

  • Content strategy 

  • Lead generation (organic, value-driven) 

  • Founder marketing 

  • Community visibility 

  • GTM experiments 

This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native, tech-aware, and able to use modern tools to turn ideas into content, content into influence, and influence into growth. 

You will work directly with the CEO to build a strong public presence, expand our audience, and drive top-of-funnel opportunities for both business lines. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Brand & Storytelling 

  • Build a clear, cohesive brand narrative for Incresco and Flinkk. 

  • Craft story-driven content that positions us as premium, tech-first, and execution-focused. 

  • Create founder-led content: posts, videos, insights, interviews, podcasts. 

  • Maintain messaging across social platforms, website, case studies, landing pages, and blogs. 

 

2. Content & Audience Growth 

  • Build weekly/monthly content calendars and execute consistently. 

  • Publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs. 

  • Grow the founder’s personal brand (reach, engagements, collaborations, inbound). 

  • Develop content series that attract ideal clients, partners, and talent. 

 

3. Lead Generation & Lead Magnets 

  • Create lead magnets (playbooks, guides, templates, case studies, toolkits). 

  • Build value-driven landing pages, gated assets, and nurturing flows. 

  • Support BD with high-quality inbound conversations. 

  • Run micro-experiments to learn what attracts the right ICP (industries, geographies, personas). 

  • Ideate partnerships, newsletters, community presence, and educational content that brings inbound leads naturally. 

Note: This is not a performance marketing role. You are building organic top-of-funnel engines, not mass cold email or ads. 

 

4. GTM Experiments 

  • Test messaging, positioning, and early GTM angles for Flinkk products. 

  • Support creation of case studies, demo content, product explainers, and feature stories. 

  • Analyze early traction and refine narrative accordingly. 

 

5. Partnerships & Visibility 

  • Identify and secure podcast features, event appearances, and founder interviews. 

  • Identify communities, groups, and networks where Incresco/Flinkk should show up. 

  • Build external relationships that improve brand visibility and reputation. 

 

6. Marketing Ops & Analytics 

  • Track content performance, reach, conversion metrics, and growth KPIs. 

  • Maintain weekly dashboards for leadership review. 

  • Continuously refine based on data and insights. 

 

What This Role Is NOT 

You are not: 

  • A graphic designer 

  • A social media admin 

  • A performance marketer 

  • A sales rep 

  • A content factory writing generic posts 

You are a strategic growth storyteller who blends creativity with systems thinking. 

 

Who You Are 

  • 2–4 years experience in Growth, Marketing, Brand, or Founder’s Office roles 

  • Strong storytelling and writing ability (short-form + long-form) 

  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, and modern digital attention 

  • Tech-aware and AI-first — you use ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Notion AI, editors, automation, etc. 

  • Comfortable working closely with the founder 

  • Proactive, creative, resourceful, and highly organised 

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate without hand-holding 

 

Bonus Skills 

(Not mandatory, but a plus.) 

  • B2B SaaS or tech consulting experience 

  • Ability to edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) 

  • SEO familiarity for blogs 

  • Community building experience 

  • Exposure to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks

Compensation 

Performance-driven structure (70:30 fixed : performance), with strong upside for measurable impact (growth outcomes, brand amplification, inbound leads).

We care more about the quality of your work and thinking than specific degrees. A strong track record in similar roles matters most.

Our Hiring Process

An AI-powered interview to assess your technical and problem-solving abilities through interactive questions and scenarios.
3 Peer Round
Meet with team members who will be your peers. This round focuses on technical skills, collaboration style, and cultural fit within the team.
4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
