About Incresco 

Incresco builds large-scale digital platforms and AI solutions for global clients. We also operate Flinkk, our AI-powered business suite for SMEs and enterprise teams. 

We work with clients across Europe, US, Middle East, and India — delivering consulting, engineering, AI systems, and SaaS products. 

We are now hiring a Business Development Manager who will be the revenue engine across both business lines: 
Incresco Consulting 
Flinkk SaaS 

This is a high-ownership role for someone who knows how to bring revenue, build relationships, and open doors in global markets. 

 

Role Overview 

You will be responsible for generating revenue, building long-term relationships, closing deals, and expanding Incresco’s footprint in international markets. 

This is not a “lead generation” or “inside sales calling” role. 
This is strategic consulting + enterprise sales blended into one. 

You will: 

  • Sell consulting services (engineering, AI, product development) 

  • Sell Flinkk SaaS solutions (CRM, Support, Hire, Projects, E-commerce & beyond) 

  • Build networks with founders, CXOs, product heads, and operational leaders 

  • Bring warm leads through your own relationships & international experience 

  • Drive outbound with intelligence + storytelling, not spam 

Your KPI is straightforward: revenue, revenue, revenue. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Revenue Generation (Primary) 

  • Own revenue targets for both consulting and SaaS products 

  • Drive new business opportunities globally (Europe, Middle East, US preferred) 

  • Convert warm networks, past clients, and industry relationships into business 

  • Create, run, and optimize outbound strategies for specific ICPs 

  • Manage pipeline from lead → conversation → proposal → negotiation → closure 

 

2. Consulting Sales 

  • Understand how consulting projects are scoped, priced, and delivered 

  • Have clarity on T&M vs Fixed Price vs Hybrid models 

  • Conduct discovery calls with clients, ask the right questions, and shape the engagement 

  • Work closely with Engineering, BA, and Ops teams to craft strong proposals 

  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and delivery confidence 

 

3. SaaS/Product Sales (Flinkk) 

  • Understand the Flinkk product suite deeply 

  • Conduct demos, talk about use cases, workflows, outcomes 

  • Position Flinkk against competing platforms 

  • Drive product-led discussions and qualify needs 

  • Bring feedback from the market to product and GTM teams 

 

4. Relationship Building 

  • Build, nurture, and leverage long-term relationships 

  • Engage with founders, CXOs, product owners, and decision-makers 

  • Attend networking events, webinars, virtual communities 

  • Represent Incresco and Flinkk in conversations and collaborations 

 

5. GTM Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Growth & Brand Lead on: 

  • Messaging 

  • Case studies 

  • Lead magnets 

  • Outreach content 

  • Campaign ideas 

  • Provide market feedback and sharpen ICP definitions 

  • Collaborate on sales assets, decks, and narratives 

 

6. AI-First, High-Leverage Sales Execution 

We are an AI-first organisation. 
You are expected to use AI tools daily for: 

  • Research 

  • Prospecting 

  • Personalised outreach 

  • Proposal drafting 

  • Messaging 

  • Analysis 

  • Follow-up automation 

  • CRM hygiene 

The goal: sell smarter, faster, and with leverage — not manual hustle. 

 

Who You Are 

  • 5–8 years in Business Development, Consulting Sales, or Enterprise Sales 

  • MUST have consulting sales experience (non-negotiable) 

  • MUST have international client-facing experience (Europe/US preferred) 

  • Strong network and ability to open doors independently 

  • Excellent understanding of tech, product, and engineering fundamentals 

  • Can have strategic conversations with CXOs and product teams 

  • Strong proposal, scoping, and negotiation skills 

  • High ownership, self-driven, and outcome-oriented 

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence 

  • Comfortable in founder-led environments with fast decision cycles 

 

Bonus Skills (Strong Differentiators) 

  • Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software 

  • Ability to conduct high-quality product demos 

  • Exposure to AI/ML, cloud platforms, or data engineering 

  • Experience in consulting firms, product companies, or service-SaaS hybrids 

  • Ability to craft strategic narratives and sales decks

Compensation 

Performance-heavy model (variable > fixed) with exceptional upside. 
No cap on incentives for high performers.

4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
