Job Description

We’re building Flinkk into a global SaaS suite (CRM, Hire, E-commerce, Support) and scaling Incresco’s consulting practice across Europe and beyond. To make that happen, we’re hiring a full-time generalist who can operate at founder-speed — someone who thrives in ambiguity, switches contexts effortlessly, and takes ownership without waiting for instructions.

 

This is not a typical corporate role. It’s intense, fast, and diverse. You will work directly with the Founder across Product, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Strategy, owning initiatives end-to-end.

Who We Are Looking For

 

  • Generalists who can jump between product documents, GTM decks, hiring pipelines, financial trackers, and ops checklists — sometimes in the same day.
  • Self-starters who identify problems, create clarity, and execute without handholding.
  • Strong communicators who can write, present, and structure information clearly.
  • Fast learners who want exposure across business functions before choosing a specialization.
  • Execution-focused individuals who care about outcomes, not job titles or rigid role boundaries.

 

What You’ll Own

Product

  • Draft and manage PRDs, specs, and feature tickets.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design on execution and timelines.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and user research.

 

Marketing & Growth

  • Create content: blogs, LinkedIn posts, emailers, and GTM materials.
  • Support demand-gen initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Assist in market research, segmentation, and positioning.

 

Strategy & Operations

  • Shadow strategic meetings and drive actionables to closure.
  • Run standups, track priorities, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Improve internal processes and operational systems.

 

HR & Hiring

  • Support both campus and lateral hiring activities.
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, and documentation.
  • Assist in HR operations and onboarding workflows.

 

Business Research

  • Explore new markets, tools, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Present insights with structured analysis and recommendations.

Ideal Background

  • BBA / MBA / Business / Economics / Marketing graduates with strong curiosity and energy.
  • Comfortable with docs, sheets, decks; bonus if you’ve used Jira, Notion, or BI tools.
  • Interest in SaaS, startups, operations, consulting, and business building.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Our Hiring Process

We aim to complete the entire process within 5 days, depending on everyone's availability. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.

1 AI Screening Round (30-45 minutes)

3 Peer Round
Meet with team members who will be your peers. This round focuses on technical skills, collaboration style, and cultural fit within the team.
4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
