About Incresco 

Incresco is a fast-growing tech consulting and product engineering company building platforms across AI, SaaS, and digital transformation. As we scale, hiring discipline and people operations become critical. 

We’re looking for an HR Intern who can support hiring, onboarding, culture activities, and people processes with speed, structure, and ownership. 

This is a high-learning internship for someone who wants to build a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations in a modern, tech-first organisation. 

 

Role Overview 

As an HR Intern, you will support: 

Recruitment 

Screening 

Coordination 

People operations 

Culture activities 

HR processes 

Documentation & follow-ups 

You will work closely with HR Manager and directly support the Founder’s Office as required. 

This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role — ideal for someone who wants to learn real HR, not just paperwork. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Talent Acquisition Support 

Source candidates from multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, AngelList, hiring groups) 

Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles 

Coordinate interviews with candidates & internal teams 

Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and TA metrics 

Support campus recruiting and internship drives 

Maintain a clear and structured pipeline for all roles 

 

2. Onboarding & Documentation 

Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires 

Collect documents, contracts, IDs, and compliance information 

Prepare and maintain onboarding checklists 

Ensure Day-1 experience is smooth and organised 

 

3. HR Operations & Culture 

Coordinate for employee engagement activities (birthdays, events, internal communications) 

Assist in maintaining leave records, attendance, and basic HR ops hygiene 

Help plan team activities, fun Fridays, small celebrations, and culture events 

Assist the Business Operations Specialist in ensuring operational discipline 

 

4. AI-First Workflow (Important) 

You are expected to use AI tools daily for: 

Screening assistance 

Email drafting 

Candidate research 

Report creation 

Content preparation for HR campaigns 

Automation of repetitive tasks 

Summaries, templates, follow-up messages 

We want someone who uses technology to be efficient, not someone who does everything manually. 

 

Who You Are 

0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome) 

Strong communication and people-handling ability 

Organised, structured, and detail-oriented 

Eager to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment 

Comfortable using AI tools, spreadsheets, and HR software 

Proactive, positive, and willing to learn 

High ownership with a calm execution mindset 

 

Bonus Skills (Good to have) 

Experience managing college clubs or student communities 

Basic knowledge of HR processes 

Comfortable speaking to candidates over phone/Zoom 

Good writing skills for communication & HR content

Compensation 

Intern stipend + potential for a full-time HR Coordinator conversion based on performance.

Our Hiring Process

We aim to complete the entire process within 5 days, depending on everyone's availability. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.

1 AI Screening Round (30-45 minutes)
You will receive an email with a link to complete the online assessment. **Important:** Failure to complete the assessment within 2 days will result in your application being rejected.
2 AI Flinkk Interviewer
An AI-powered interview to assess your technical and problem-solving abilities through interactive questions and scenarios.
3 Peer Round
Meet with team members who will be your peers. This round focuses on technical skills, collaboration style, and cultural fit within the team.
4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
