At Incresco, we build next-generation AI, SaaS, and digital platforms.

We’re now looking for ambitious operators to join the Founder’s Office — a team that works directly with the founders to drive brand, GTM, and growth momentum.

This role is NOT for someone who needs step-by-step instructions.

This is for someone who can take a vague idea → find clarity → execute fast → create real traction.

You’ll be involved across brand building, GTM strategy, content, partnerships, early customer traction, and growth experiments — directly shaping the momentum behind Incresco and Flinkk.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale Incresco’s brand presence across LinkedIn, X, and digital channels
  • Create narratives, content, and messaging that build trust and curiosity
  • Execute GTM activities for Flinkk: outreach, positioning, storytelling
  • Identify leads, communities, and opportunities to create early traction
  • Run small, fast growth experiments (A/B tests, content loops, outreach angles)
  • Support partnerships, collaborations, and early customer conversations
  • Work directly with the founders on ideas, strategy, and execution
  • Track metrics and continuously improve conversion and engagement

This is a hybrid role that combines brand, GTM, storytelling, and growth execution.

2 AI Flinkk Interviewer
An AI-powered interview to assess your technical and problem-solving abilities through interactive questions and scenarios.
3 Peer Round
Meet with team members who will be your peers. This round focuses on technical skills, collaboration style, and cultural fit within the team.
4 Manager Round
An in-depth discussion with the hiring manager about your core skills, qualifications, and how you'll contribute to the team. We prefer in-person discussions as much as possible to get to know each other better and ensure a mutual fit.
5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
