The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable web and mobile applications from the ground up. You'll work across modern technologies, cloud platforms, and APIs to deliver high-quality products for global customers.
You'll collaborate closely with architects, designers, product managers, and fellow engineers while taking ownership of features from design through deployment. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, learning rapidly, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, Next.js, Astro, React Native, and Python.
- Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Debug production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Early Impact (What We Expect)
- Weeks 1–2: Understand our products, architecture, development workflow, and contribute to bug fixes and smaller enhancements.
- By ~60 days: Independently deliver complete features with minimal supervision and actively participate in design discussions.
- By ~90 days: Own end-to-end feature development, contribute to technical decisions, and consistently deliver production-ready code.
Must-haves
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience building applications with Next.js, React Native, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Storyblok or similar headless CMS platforms.
- Exposure to Serverless Architecture, Docker, and containerized deployments.
- Experience building applications using OpenAI APIs or similar Generative AI platforms.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Exposure to AI Agent development using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search concepts.
