About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on Salesforce Development Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to build business-critical workflows across Salesforce, external systems, and AI-powered automation.
You’ll work at the intersection of Salesforce development, integrations, and product delivery to solve real customer and internal workflow problems.
This role is for a builder who enjoys owning implementation end to end, moving quickly, and turning messy operational needs into reliable systems.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, and platform APIs.
Design and ship integrations with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business workflows and automate them in practical, scalable ways.
Contribute to AI-powered workflow automation where agents or automation tools can improve speed, accuracy, or manual effort.
Debug issues across Salesforce and connected systems, and improve reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed over time.
Requirements
You have strong hands-on Salesforce experience across LWC, Apex, Flows, and integrations.
You have built or maintained production integrations with external systems and understand how to work with APIs, auth, payloads, and failure handling.
You are comfortable translating business needs into clean technical solutions and shipping them with minimal hand-holding.
You care about delivery quality, ownership, and solving real workflow problems rather than just completing tickets.
Exposure to AI agents, automation tools, or AI-assisted workflow design is a strong plus.
Nice to have
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal tools, CRMs, messaging systems, or external customer platforms.
Experience working in fast-moving product or consulting environments where requirements evolve quickly.
Comfort with prompt-driven tools, agent workflows, or automation platforms that support engineering and delivery.
