The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable web and mobile applications from the ground up. You'll work across modern technologies, cloud platforms, and APIs to deliver high-quality products for global customers. You'll collaborate closely with architects, designers, product managers, and fellow engineers while taking ownership of features from design through deployment. What You'll Own
● Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, Next.js, Astro, React Native, and Python.
● Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
● Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications.
● Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
● Debug production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Early Impact (What We Expect)
● Weeks 1–2: Understand our products, architecture, development workflow, and contribute to bug fixes and smaller enhancements.
● By ~60 days: Independently deliver complete features with minimal supervision and actively participate in design discussions.
● By ~90 days: Own end-to-end feature development, contribute to technical decisions, and consistently deliver production-ready code.
Must-haves
● 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
● Experience building applications with Next.js, React Native, and modern
frontend development practices.
● Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-native application
development.
● Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL
databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
● Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
● Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
● Good understanding of software engineering principles, debugging, testing,
and performance optimization.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
