Job Description

Design clear, opinionated interfaces for dashboards, internal tools, and AI workflows that teams love to use every day.

What you'll work on

  • Work with product and engineering to understand business goals, user journeys, and constraints.
  • Design end‑to‑end flows for SaaS products, admin panels, and AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes for new features and products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implementable, accessible, and performant.
  • Contribute to design systems and visual language used across Incresco projects.

You'd be a good fit if you

  • Portfolio demonstrating product design work on complex interfaces (dashboards, B2B tools, or SaaS products).
  • Comfort moving between discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and visual polish.
  • Ability to run lightweight research: stakeholder interviews, user feedback sessions, and quick validations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly to non‑designers.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers in modern product development workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing flows that incorporate AI assistants, agents, or automation.
  • Familiarity with design tokens and implementation realities in React/HTML/CSS.
  • Background working with European or global SaaS products.

We care more about the quality of your work and thinking than specific degrees. A strong track record in similar roles matters most.
