Job Description

Partner with founders and leaders to translate business goals into AI roadmaps, use cases, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll work on

• Work with clients to understand business models, key metrics, and constraints, then identify high‑leverage AI opportunities.
• Define and maintain AI roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on priorities and trade‑offs.
• Write clear problem statements, briefs, and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Measure the impact of shipped features and iterate based on data and qualitative feedback.
• Help shape Incresco’s own POV on AI strategy and share it through workshops, sessions, or content.

You'd be a good fit if you

• Experience as a product manager, strategy consultant, or similar role in digital products or platforms.
• Ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical possibilities into coherent plans.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops or alignment sessions.
• Familiarity with modern AI capabilities and limitations, and willingness to go deep where needed.
• Strong written communication; you can clarify thinking in docs, not just meetings.

Nice to have

• Background working with European or global B2B/SaaS companies.
• Experience in change management or organisational design alongside product work.

Educational Qualifications
