  • Assist with event planning and execution, including venue arrangements, guest lists, and logistics.

Office Administration:

  • Contribute to maintaining an organized and smooth-running Founder's Office.

  • Learn to utilize office tools and software to streamline processes.

Executive Support & Operations

  • Manage founders' complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring founders are focused on high-value tasks.

  • Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other critical documents.

  • Coordinate logistics and manage preparations for key meetings, conferences, or events.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
