As a member of the Founders' Office, you will work directly with the Founders in a generalist capacity to accelerate cycle times and set the standard for operational agility across all departments. This role does not have a strictly defined scope, allowing for flexibility to address the most pressing needs of the company. You will work closely with department heads to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure all teams are working at optimal efficiency, with a focus on accelerating cycle time and achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Agility: Work across all departments to accelerate cycle times, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and processes are optimized to reduce delays.

  2. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze workflows, and propose actionable improvements to enhance productivity across teams.

  3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment and clear communication on shared objectives.

  4. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators across departments and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and accelerate processes.

  5. Project Management: Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals.

  6. Reporting to Founders: Provide regular updates and insights to the Founders on the progress of ongoing initiatives, operational challenges, and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying operational bottlenecks and improving cycle times.

  • Proven ability to work across multiple departments and manage stakeholders at different levels.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive initiatives and influence change.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on creating solutions and driving impact.

  • Experience in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
