Marketing Specialist

Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to execute a full spectrum of marketing initiatives that will fuel company growth. You'll leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing channels while implementing a data-driven, experimental approach to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution:
Develop and implement successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Create compelling marketing content in various formats (blog posts, videos, graphics, social media assets, email, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
Growth Experimentation:
Continuously identify, prioritize, and test new growth tactics and channels.
Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Collaborate with product and development teams on marketing-driven product feature launches and enhancements.
Analysis & Optimization:
Track and analyze key marketing metrics, present findings, and suggest data-driven optimizations.
Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and optimize user flows.
Perform customer segmentation to support targeted campaigns and personalization efforts.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with sales to nurture leads and design sales enablement materials.
Work cross-functionally to drive growth initiatives and share insights across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience with a proven track record in digital marketing and/or growth-related roles.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Expertise in core digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and A/B testing platforms
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in SaaS or tech industries.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Growth hacking experience, with a creative approach to finding new acquisition channels.
